It is important that you understand how to use PNG files before purchasing. I do not issue refunds for digital purchases. It is also crucial that you know how to use your machine and its software before purchasing my files.


Your physical product’s appearance may vary slightly due to:
- Monitor/Screen and Printer color differences (RGB vs CMYK).
- Your computer and printer settings
- Choice of sticker paper


For the best print/cut quality possible, my suggestions are:
- Be sure that your Cricut machine is properly calibrated to get the most precise cuts. A calibration may need to be done more than once.
- Be sure that your printer has enough quality ink.
- It may be a good idea to do several Print Head Cleanings to avoid printing streaks/lines.
- Select the proper Paper Type & Print Quality (via System dialog) before printing.
