Thanks so much for the custom sanitizer holder. Came out great!

I placed an order for 5 of these custom hand sanitizer keychains for my son's teachers (who also happen to be my co-workers) for Christmas. I had contacted OhemaasCreations asking if they could do a starfish background with a particular saying and a name. They said absolutely and before I even sent payment they started work and sent a proof. I must have changed my mind 87 times and had them redo it (only due to my indecisiveness) before it dawned on me that I should probably actually place the order. I then placed my order and again couldn't make up my mind about my design. Ohemaas was very fast getting back to me, extremely patient, took every change I made without a problem and sent me 5 amazing gifts that I put with a copy of "The Starfish Story." The teachers loved them! The quality was 100%.

Returns and exchange details
If an item is damaged, please contact me immediately and a replacement product will be sent. Due to the nature of our custom products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. If you are unhappy with your item we will try and work with you to find an appropriate solution.

If I do not receive photos or do not receive response to a important communication that prevents me from completing your order after 30 days, I will cancel your order and send you a refund less a $5 convenience fee.
